I suppose most people are like I am when it comes to skin care during cold, dry winter weather. For me I need to use proper skin care lotions and suaves to keep my naturally dry skin from becoming to day. I have used probably every skin care product available to keep my skin from becoming so dry it will actually crack and bleed on my finger tips. I know that statement is disgusting but it is also true. To prevent this I have narrowed my skin care needs down to just a few skin cremes and lotions that work very well. Anytime I know I will be outside in cold, dry winter weather I apply a very liberal dose of skin care lotion to my hands and arms, and then I pull on a good pair of cold weather gloves. This works great for keeping my skin from becoming dried out, and then before going to bed I will use a heavy suave for added protection. One reliable old stand by is petroleum jelly applied liberally to elbows and hands. While this skin care product is somewhat greasy, for those with dry skin it works wonders.
