Good Skin Care Means Sun Protection |

When it comes to other people’s skin care habits some things leave me scratching my head. Most of the women I know use skin creams and other products so that they can delay the signs of aging. Some of these same women also go outside in the hot sun without using any kind of protection. I am sure that these women know that the damaging rays of the sun will age their skin, yet they do it anyway, perhaps because they think that sun protection skin care products will stop them getting as much color. I personally never go outside in the summer months without using a sun protecting skin care product. For me it just isn’t worth risking premature wrinkles or skin cancer. I guess I am ultra cautious because I have seen the damage that the sun can do to a person’s skin. I personally know two people who have survived skin cancer. I also have an aunt who has horribly dry and scaly skin on her lower legs as a result of sunbathing without sun screen over the course of many years.
