I was introduced to the advantages of aromatherapy oil a long time ago, thanks to a good friend. Over the years, I have used aromatherapy oil to sooth my skin, my aches, my feelings and even my mood. There is nothing quite as relaxing after a bad day as being able to sit down and massage aromatherapy oil onto my arms and legs, and even my back.
