Facial Clay Masks Important Part of Skin Care Routine |

It may not be pretty, but one of the best things I do for skin care is use facial clay to keep my skin soft and smooth. A clay mask is one of the best ways to pull toxins out of the skin and to exfoliate. It feels pretty good, too, especially afterward. I usually apply the clay half an hour before I take a shower so it has time to dry and do its thing for my skin care, and then I take advantage of the full shower stream to get the clay off. Afterward I use skin creams that have natural ingredients in them and my skin feels fantastic after that routine.
I do this about once a week and the results are so worth while. I order my facial clay online and always have a supply of it handy. Not only is it good for my face, it's also great for insect bites and the occasional chili pepper burn, which is quite painful. I found that use for facial clay as a last resort after I diced dozens of anaheim chilis for the freezer without gloves on. It was the only thing that worked to get rid of the severe burning, so ever since then, I figured that facial clay would be a big part of my skin care on a regular basis. |
