aromatherapy oil

I have never been one that did a lot with aromatherapy oils. A lot of my friends use them constantly and tell me that I should try them too. The aromatherapy oils, they say, are used to help with stress and other common aches and pains. I didn't really think that some type of aromatherapy oil could do all the my friends were telling me. Until, they went out and got me some.

It was during an especially hard time at work. Since I am an accountant, tax season is the busiest time of the year. We work very long hours and have to put up with very stressful situations. I can usually handle this very well, but for some reason the mounting pressures began to add up. One night, during a girl's night out to dinner, my friends noticed I was a little off. I was not sipping my coffee as usual, but gulping it down by the cup fulls! When they asked if anything was wrong, I just pushed it off as work and that after tax season I would be fine. However, I don't think they thought I would make it past tax season.

I was riding home with a friend that night and we had to stop at the local drug store. While inside, she bought me a small package of aromatherapy oils and told me to use them. Actually, I think her actual words were something like, "You better use these tonight!" So, I did. They were aromatherapy oils that you pour into the bath water. I followed the directions for a Lavender type of oil and got into the bath. After about 20 minutes of soaking I did feel a little bit better. To make my friends happy, I continued using the aromatherapy oils throughout tax season. I did feel better. I know I was much calmer.

Now, I buy my own aromatherapy oils. I go to a website called Discount Real at www.discountreal.com. I usually buy the same thing, but will mix it up once in a while. My favorite is the Stress Less, Body Wash 6.7 oz Blend Of Lavender, Chamomile, And Sage, Unisex. I buy a few tubes at a time and use them a few times a week. The packages arrive very quickly from Discount Real and the prices are perfect. I am so glad that my friends made me use the aromatherapy oils at a very stressful point. I look back and don't think I would have used the aromatherapy oils otherwise.
