body lotion


This past weekend, I decided on a whim to take a last minute trip with my husband. Because it was last minute, I found myself packing haphazardly and not in the meticulous way I generally do. Basically, I tossed everything in the suitcase within 10 minutes and out the door we went.

Once we arrived at our destination, we checked into the quaint bed and breakfast and immediately left our suitcases in the room and started exploring the area. I noticed while we were out, and reached for my body lotion, which I always carry in my purse, I remembered I had used the last of it the day before. I'm one of those people who use body lotion almost religiously. It isn't because I'm vain, but more because I have really dry skin and if I don't use body lotion, my skin starts to show it much quicker than someone who doesn't. I've been to several doctors and had quite a few types of medication, but the thing that has helped the most is to make sure I have body lotion on hand at all times, in case I need it.

I actually ended up making a quick dash into a local department store and using some of their body lotion they had set out as a tester. I've used them before when I was out of body lotion, or when I'd left it at home, and it has actually been the way I've found some of my favorite types of lotion, strictly by accident.

Eventually, my husband and I made it back to the bed and breakfast late that evening. I went into the bathroom for quick bath, and when I came out, I reached into the suitcase for my body lotion, and it wasn't there. I almost found myself going into a panic. I couldn't even imagine that I had actually forgotten my body lotion, and knew I could wait until tomorrow to pick up some, but really didn't want to. For some reason, I decided to look in my husband’s bag and that's where I found Hugo by Hugo Boss Women Body Lotion 5.1 oz. My husband said he saw it on the vanity after I left the bathroom this morning and he decided to toss it in his bag, just in case. Thank goodness for my husband.
