I have already written about using aromatherapy oil to help counter PMDD. I have also written about how I like to use skin creams to keep my skin feeling soft and supple. I never thought that it was also possible to use skin creams to reduce premenstrual symptoms, but I guess we learn something new every day.
Earlier on this morning I was perusing an ecommerce store called Discount Real which is located at the website address http://www.discountreal.com. I have shopped at the Discount Real store in the past, when I bought myself some scented body lotion for the winter. I decided to shop there again because I wanted to buy some aromatherapy oil to massage my husband’s tired back. I found the aromatherapy oil without a problem and as I continued browsing around I came across something else I wanted to purchase. Check out this Progesterone Cream:

Progesterone Cream, 3 oz

skin creams, aromatherapy oil

If I am honest progesterone, a female hormone, is not one of the ingredients that I expect to be present in skin creams. Therefore when I first looked at this product I felt a little bewildered. That is why I read the product description and I found out that it contains “natural, pharmaceutical-grade progesterone derived from Wild Yam and a balancing blend of herbs from around the world.”  Apparently progesterone skin creams like this one help reduce symptoms that are common to PMS and PMDD and are also helpful for perimenopausal and menopausal women.
I had not heard of progesterone skin creams before but when I saw this product I knew I had to buy it. I suffer from dreadful PMDD every month and I will try anything I think might help. The Discount Real ecommerce store is selling this product for thirty-nine percent less than the standard retail price, so I got excellent value for money when I purchased it.
As I have said already, today is not the first time that I have shopped at the Discount Real ecommerce store. Items like skin creams, body lotion, aromatherapy oil, hair care and skin care products are things that I purchase on a regular basis. Hence it makes sense to buy these products from ecommerce stores online that sell them for a lot less than the standard retail price. Shopping online for these things is also more convenient than driving to my local shopping mall, especially during the fall and winter months when I would far rather stay warm and cozy at home.
