Body Lotion
These days I’ve found that I can’t live without my body lotion. Ok, maybe I could live without it, but the truth is, the temps have been so cold and the wind so frigid this winter so far, that without body lotion I think I would probably be constantly struggling with dry skin. I’ve already noticed that I’ve had to start ordering more body lotion than usual, just because I’ve been using more than I regularly do during the winter. This winter the temps are more extreme than usual.
My best friend stopped in a few days ago about the same time the delivery guy was dropping off the body lotion that I’d ordered from online and she laughed at the quantity that I’d ordered. I told her to laugh on, but that I wanted to make sure that I didn’t run out of body lotion so that I wouldn’t end up with lizard skin, which is what I call the extremely dry skin that I get when I don’t use the lotion and the temps are extreme. She grabbed one of the bottles and used a little of the lotion on her arms, and liked the way it felt, so suggested I order her a bottle the next time I placed an order. Since I had more than enough bottles of the lotion, I gave her one and told her to consider it a gift for her skin.
